Open Studios

In November 2020, South Africa found itself in a level 1 lockdown which meant that public spaces opened up for gatherings. As such, it was decided to host an Open Studios event.
The event included a supervised children’s area, an artist walk-about, a live demonstration by Percy Maimela, a panel discussion with Bambowalmi Sibiya, a live reading by author Nomawale and an after-party.
